Job Description

Maintaining a level of performance in a specified territory, which meets or exceeds the sales objectives established by the company
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key industrial accounts
Develop new accounts within targeted markets
Training on use and operation of equipment
Provide input to Regional Sales Manager, Marketing Department and others as requested by management
Develop and maintain territory customer database, competitive database
Attend seminars and sales meetings in order to develop knowledge about divisions products and procedures for these products
Identify key accounts - create and execute key account plans
Prepares sales presentations to create product/service/solution understanding and awareness
Develops value proposition to address customer need

Bachelors Degree in mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution required
Minimum of 1 year on electrical industry sales experience in a large company required
Bachelors Degree, preferably in science, engineering or equivalent knowledge is required
Industrial Metrology and Semiconductor tool sales and applications is a plus
Must be self motivated, goal oriented
Responsible for meeting additional KPI targets including bookings & billings growth YoY, conversion rate, S&OP accuracy & customer scorecard
