Job Description

One of the Well known Sole Importer of Footwear, (Aerosoft Brand) is searching for position ofSales Executivehaving expertise in field of Footwear Marketing for region of Maharashtra and Gujarat.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To map the market to understand the territory population, number of retailers, brand presence, product awareness and competitors presence.
  • To look after the primary and secondary sales and increase the penetration in the market.
  • To insure the achievement of sales targets.
  • To insure extensive coverage by travelling in the allotted area.
  • To personally visit the retailers and distributors & handle the distribution effectively.
  • To identify the high potential Parties by analyzing the financial stability, market reputation, market coverage and infrastructure.
  • To Co-ordinate distribution arrangement and facilitate more number of rotations through retailers/distributors.
  • To convey Partys order to sales manager.
  • To ensure display of new samples and convey the prices to new retailers.
  • To inform competitors activities to management immediately.
  • To prepare Daily Sales Report and submit the market information on daily basis.Customers Grievance.
  • To collect the customer Grievance and discuss with the concerned Head.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduates with experience of 2-3 years in Sales/Marketing from footwear industry.
  • Candidates must be excellent in communication and fluent in both English and Hindi.
