Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Manager (NBFC)Product - LAP (DSA Vertical) / BL(Unsecured)Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing and executing strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the financial services industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
      • Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments.
      • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
      • Set sales goals and objectives for the team and individuals.
    2. Team Leadership and Management:
      • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
      • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to achieve their targets.
      • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for team members development.
    3. Sales Execution:
      • Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
      • Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
      • Ensure the sales team follows ethical practices and complies with all relevant regulations.
    4. Product Knowledge:
      • Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services.
      • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations affecting the NBFC sector.
      • Train the sales team to effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products to customers.
    5. Reporting and Analytics:
      • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
      • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes.
      • Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
    6. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Foster long-term relationships with key clients and high-value customers.
      • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
      • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and marketing teams.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the NBFC or financial services industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Knowledge of financial products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance.
    • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the NBFC sector.
    • Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
