Job Description

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • Lead and drive monthly/quarterly annual top line numbers with all distributors.
  • Manage monthly schedules by effectively working with Sales and Planning functions.
  • Develop understanding on distributors inventories, production plan by machine models and be aware of our SOB.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly production outlook in the SIOP
  • Pro-actively communicate to distributors on necessary planning and dispatch concerns.
  • Support managing DSO and Past Dues by pro-actively reviewing rejections, warranty debits, etc.
  • Build solid relationship with all the distributors and be the first point of contact.
Qualifications
  • Sound knowledge of ERP process and Hydraulics products
  • Graduate with understanding of customer application requirements & preferably
  • Strong sales, negotiation skills and order management
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Strong verbal articulation and written communication skills.
  • Relationship skills with all levels and functions within the customers organization
  • Able to take decisions and organize solutions independently. Strong organizing capability.
