Job Description

    Total should be 8+ Years- of experience in SAP- At least 6+ years of experience in ABAP development- Hands-on experience working on Interfaces: Flat Files, Proxies, IDOC- Hands-on experience working on smart forms scripts, OOPS and ALV- Sound knowledge of ABAP Web Dynpro- At least 2-3 years of extensive experience on Workflows, Enhancements (ImplicitExplicit, BADI Enhancements), and Parallel Processing- Must have participated in at least one large information transformation engagement in the appropriate area- Sound knowledge on performance tuning and code optimization- Hands on experience in creating artifacts like Functional Specification, Technical specification, Unit testing document, etc.,- Good to have SAP PI and SAP Basis understanding- System upgrade knowledge a plus- Work closely together with functional consultants and business key users- Knowledge and working experience on various ticketing and testing tools.- Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.- Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.- Good experience in handling multiple vendors and multiple teams within a project.- A working knowledge of SAP application area, and experience with SAP Activate Methodology- Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.- Ability to work independently as well as multi-task, ability to drivemanage client engagements Willing to travel to client locations when necessary
