    • Project Role Description :Designs the integration strategy endpoints and data flow to align technology with business strategy and goals. Understands the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration.

        • Key Responsibilities : Demonstrated ability in managing internal and external client expectations on Project requirements and deliverables; Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure ambiguity and change; Support and actively participate in pre-sales activities providing thought leadership in Solution building and Delivery models across CX Products; Escalate early issues about the engagementsprogram to respective leadership Drive de-escalation management on behalf of the project with the leadership
        • Technical Experience : The candidate should have 15 Yrs of project experience in the SAP CX Products in the Sales Service marketing domain; Candidate Should have worked and delivered 10 SAP CX end to end SAP CX Sales Cloud Projects for cross-industry; The candidate should have a fair understanding of the SDKPDI platform and Technical Architecture across the CX portfolio; Excellent understanding of SAP CX solutions and the consulting business processes and functions Knowledge and competency in program management
        • Professional Attributes : Exceptional leadership organizational and interpersonal skills to deal with people from a different domain with varying degrees of technical experience competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management clients peers and team members Highly developed busines
