  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1-Min 3 years of strong Solution Manager Implementations or support exposure in a 24x7 Support Environment 2-Experience of System Monitoring and other technical Monitoring 3-Able to troubleshoot L1 and L2 level issues on Solution Manager 72 area like ChaRM, CTS, SOLDOC, EWAs, Job Failures, Dashboards Should have experience in ChaRM Implementation or Support for 72 on HANA 4-Good to have experience on Configuration and Upgrades for Solution Manager 72 on HANA 5-Good troubleshooting skills
      • Technical Experience : 1-Experience in SolMan Daily activities and support issues related to ChaRM and others Custom Alert/Metric Configurations and Monitoring, Change Mgmt and Incident Mgmt configs and troubleshooting Knowledge on Cloud preferably GCP Maintenance and creating custom Alerts/Metrics as and when there are new client requirements 2-Good understanding on the flow of data from Managed System to SLD-LMDB-MSC worked extensively on configuring managed systems with solution Manager, Alerting and MAI
      • Professional Attributes : 1-SAP Solution Manager Self-Monitoring and error handling Good knowledge on BP Mon, BPI and Solution Documentation System Recommendations and reportings Automated reporting from SolMan Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills Should have very good written and verbal communication skill
