Job Description

    Dear Candidates,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for the Profile SAP SF EC Integrations Consultant .Relevant Experience: 5 yrs to 12 yrsJob Location: Across LTIMindtree LocationsNotice Period: Immediate to 90 daysJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
    • Manage the end-to-end data migration process for SuccessFactors, from data mapping to data validation and testing.
    • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end-users to understand data migration requirements and specifications.
    • Develop and maintain data migration scripts and procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.
    • Design and develop data migration processes that are efficient, secure, and scalable.
    • Work with stakeholders to define and implement data quality controls and data governance processes.
    • Develop and maintain data integration processes between SuccessFactors and other systems.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to business users during data migration and integration processes.
    • Troubleshoot data migration issues and work with the development team to resolve them.
    • Monitor data migration processes and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in data migration, ETL, and data integration.
    • Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies, tools, and techniques with SAP and Non SAP Products
    • Experience with data mapping, data validation, and data testing.
    • Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP HCM data migration is preferred.
    • Experience with data integration tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica is preferred.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • SAP Certification is must
    • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
