* Job description Scrum Master Understand the overall purpose of the business requirements and contribute towards planning for the milestones along with the creation of the stories to be put in the backlog and prioritize based on the Business timelines. Multitask across multiple projects and requirements. Adherence to organization policies and standards. The role will require work to be undertaken on multiple releases at a time. Collaborate with all the stakeholders, development leads, and other developers as well as support infrastructure teams. Build a cohesive work environment across related projects, ensuring quality and timeliness of the delivery. Scrum Master certification is a must. At least 68 years in the industry, most of it is a software engineering role Good handson experience in the Scrum Master role for at least 2 years. Thoroughly knows how to work with Jira, while knowledge of other similar tools like Rally or VersionOne will be a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Problemsolving and conflict resolution ability. Outstanding organizational skills. Driving the sprint backlog and story grooming for the Scrum Teams. Implement solutions to prevent a repetition of known issues or risks and share knowledge of lessons learned. Conduct Sprint Retrospective meetings post the completion of the Sprints. Adhoc analytics based on the business needs. Participate in Post Release Reviews to ensure all lessons learned on technical things are documented and incorporated in future releasesprojects. Provide knowledge sharing and mentoring to junior members of the team. Partner with the other functions for technologyrelated topics, and imbibe them into the deliverables. ,
