Certified SCRUM master. - Excellent risk and scope management skills. - Strong experience in Fixed Bid project execution. - Excellent experience in handling remote and multilocation teams. - Strong knowledge of assessing operational risk on profitability and impacts to service delivery. - Regularly mentors team members. - Strong experience working with Global customers preferably with Japanese customers - Advanced oral, written and presentation skills. JD for PM - Create & manage project plans/ Sprint Plans - Certified SCRUM master. - Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress - Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives - Stake older management - To deliver technology solutions as per agreed scope and schedule. - Help/Support project team with the design and development tasks - Lead process of issue identification and resolution - Risk management. - Monitor and manage scope - Manage all documentation - Work multiple projects simultaneously - Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors - Presale support for RFPs/FRIs. Others: - Cloud project experience will be the preferred advantage. Professional certification like PRICE, PMP will be added advantage
