Employed person will be responsible for:performing advanced diagnosis of incidents implementing non-standard changes to the environment communicating and consulting with internal and external technical counterparts management of system performance, capacity, service quality participation in and execution of projects, building and creating architectural designes for VPN solutions, prefered knowledge Pulse Secure VPN manage and resolve incident, problem and change tickets ability to analyze system logs, events, and monitoring alerts identifying & investigating repeated issues and work with Network and responsible support group basic administration & troubleshooting of operating systems, custom applications, and tools What are our expectations:strong knowledge of management network tools: 4 years of experience in Cisco/Juniper/CheckPoint/Fortinet/BlueCoat security solutions experience in load balancing and WAN optimization solutions knowledge of security appliances: firewall, authentication servers, VPN concentrators (prefer Pulse Secure VPN), proxy servers, content filtering servers, IPS, IDS, IDP, hardware technologies, operation systems certifications or equivalent knowledge (one or more) : CCNA or/and CCNA Sec/JNCIA/CCSA/BCCPA ability to work well within a team methodical and disciplined approach to work good analytical skills ability to structure and draft technical documentation good interpersonal skills experience in working with customers English Job country: India,
