Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: 1 Maintain responsibility for enterprise IT monitoring capabilities Monitoring of the availability and performance of systems at both the infrastructure and application levels. Perform daily support for any monitoring related queries -Incident request ticket handling as well as follow-ups on all monitoring aspects 2 Expertise in Installation Configuration Migration Troubleshooting and Maintenance of BFL as Website Troubleshooting skill as a tool s admin Technical Experience: 1 Skilled in enterprise tools Knowledge in implementing/supporting any monitoring tools 2 Good knowledge on NBFC domain and ready to support/work on 24*7*365 (Rotational Basis) 3 Technically inclined and has interest/passion for infrastructure monitoring 4 Ability to perform cross-functional collaboration with other technical teams vendors field technicians etc to address specific outages or issues 5 Good understanding of ITIL /Agile methodologies and apply them in Day-to-day operations must be knowledgeable on alerts and how to troubleshoot with the given SLA & TAT. 6. Good understanding of Agile process and must support on Release/Sprints (Monthly basis) 7. Should have expertise to manage the Critical INC. 8. Should have Business Communication Knowledge , * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 3-5 Experience in IT Governance Graduation in Management from a Tier 1 B school. FinTech or Ecommerce experience is desirable Ability to work with other technical teams, vendors, field technicians, etc to address specific outages or issues Technically inclined and has interest/passion for infrastructure monitoring 4 Positive attitude/willing to learn/open to support additional tools Must understand end to end Product Lifecycle or Service as Function including the PDCA cycle Knowledge of product management, Services tools such as Azure, ITSM, Service Now, Service First etc.
