Job Description

    Our Key Account Manager is a trusted & strategic partner. This is your chance to align with our customers to meet their Employee health and benefit needs, adding value as a trusted insurance advisor. You will manage a group of existing accounts to build strong, long-term relationships with key contacts. You- ll be empowered to manage and grow existing accounts by bringing Loops services, and expanding on existing services offered, with a focus on increasing efficiency, adding value and maximizing profitability.Responsibilities :- Generate, manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own- Present our product to CXOs & senior executives in client meetings- Be able to anticipate, manage and influence objections of the clients- Ensure high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process- Proactively source new leads and new business opportunities, with the support of the sales development and marketing functions- Research accounts to understand need, enable effective follow up, and generate interest- Navigate through complex sales cycles with some of the most prestigious companies in IndiaQualifications :- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in corporate health insurance or general insurance broking- Ambitious, hard-working, and leadership abilities.- Want to grow as a leader in a fast growing technology company- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Deep understanding of customer psychology and desire to help people,
