Senior Analyst - Oracle Configuration Support

Job Description

Leading activities for configuring and maintaining configurations of manufacturing and financials modules of Oracle Applications EBS 11i & R12 referring to BR100 documentation as well as by analyzing request or tickets. Lead for managing support queue, responsible for score card, provide day-to-day support, that are disrupting normal business operation or request in a timely manner in manufacturing and finance space, to ensure timely, reliable, cost-effective service to Eaton employees and vendors. Lead and manage projects on his /her own as and when required . Demonstrates end to end business process knowledge and Is able to articulate benefits/results and partner with business teams to achieve desired benefits Influences process integration; suggests innovative process solutions. Is responsible for providing business planning and 3-point estimates on the work assignment and updates, maintains and at times owns BR100 and other related documentation. Consults with project managers and IT managers globally to develop, define, and prioritize work assignments for application configuration and solution delivery Regularly communicates status, prioritization, success measures, issues, and mitigation strategies. Documents and create the knowledge repository which will helps in providing quick resolution of tickets. Accountable for maintaining high levels of solution performance and demonstrating commitment to quality. Works across multiple collaborative regional team with strong personal management skills in a highly matrixed and virtual environment.Core driver for this role - Good experience and knowledge on Oracle INV, OM, BOM, WIP, Shipping, Warehouse mgmt, AP, AR, EBTax modules. Should own and lead at least 3 oracle modules for support and enhancement tickets. Good understanding of AOL and PL/SQL. Knowledge about reports and form would be an added advantage. Experience of 1-2 11i to R12 technical upgrade / implementation / support of manufacturing modules (Preferably in INV, OM, BOM, WIP, Shipping, Warehouse mgmt). Coordinate with various teams for delivery and testing and possesses good verbal and written skills.Qualifications
• Minimum 7-12 years over all IT experience out of which minimum 3 years in developing and supporting Oracle manufacturing and finance modules.
• Good experience and knowledge on Oracle INV, OM, BOM, WIP, Shipping, Warehouse mgmt, AP, AR, EBTax modules.
• Should have hands on experience in PL/SQL and AOLs. Good to have knowledge about Oracle APIs, Alerts, XML Publisher Reports, forms and reports.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Understanding of Industry Standard Documentation Practices.
• Experience in a client-facing role for a top tier or similar consulting organization is highly desirable
• Enthusiastic about learning large and complex systems.
• Results-driven with the ability to take initiatives, handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
