Job Description

    RoleResponsible for interacting with cross functional teams, Customer Solution Centres - CSC across Asia pacific markets and external customers to understand solution requirements Analyse captured requirements and support Product and Sales teams in formulating delivery Solution assessment document Liaise between the business and IT, eliciting and translating external and internal customer needs into IT objectives, identifying possible solutions, and defining project requirements Conduct gap analysis and feasibility study with support of Product teams and other SMEs Perform comprehensive assessment on solution scope to ensure MC product and services can seamlessly deliver on the scope, ensuring necessary readiness Work with implementation teams to create overall implementation plan including initiation, planning, system configuration, test strategies, production movement and operation handover Conduct workshops / training sessions for internal teams to provide details on CSC deals and enable them for implementation Lead and project manage CSC projects for end-to-end implementation Distribute project status report and manage stakeholder meetings Closely track project schedule, risks, scope creep and any other event that impacts projectAll About YouExcellent understanding of Payments domain covering Authorization, Clearing and Settlement Working knowledge eCommerce, tokenization, digital payments Outstanding skills on requirements management and creating high quality business requirement documents, Statement of work, Solution Scope document etc. Extensive experience contributing to and managing the delivery of integrated solutions, including developing delivery framework for CSC projects Basic project management skills to lead complex projects Having a technical bent of mind and product delivery mindset necessary to deliver end to end solutions across different customer landscapes, from green field requirements to final business launch Ability to work as a member of a matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team Experience working across multiple levels, functions, and regions; able to clearly communicate complex technical and business information in an easy-to-understand manner; able to effectively deliver messages both verbally and in writing Strong communicator and collaborator Occasional travel may be required,
