You will be responsible for creating multi-year roadmaps, building strategies, set the direction and establish the approach to help business leadership for future organizational growth.How you will do itIn collaboration with sales team, you will be playing a pivotal role to drive revenue growth for organization by ensuring technological efficiency across multiple programs and projects. You will partner with our sales team and strategic clients to craft scalable, flexible and resilient architectures to deliver structured, efficient, sustainable and adaptable solutions in line with the business needs.Participate and provide best in class technology and solution options into organization Enterprise Architecture Boards with detailed case studies. Provide thought leadership and continually researching emerging technologies across multiple disciplines and proposing changes where needed.You will be responsible for providing technical expertise across multiple disciplines and guidance to technical teams.Transform from conceptualize to actual working ecosystem of components by creating POC(s).Perform a full product security vulnerability assessment and address the same.You will be primary responsible for knowledge management, competency development and technical skill enablement across different teams.Provides support to Request for Proposals (RFP) and create solutions.Work collaboratively with all levels of stakeholders.What we look forVersatile, high-energy technocrat with the excellence in executing large scale enterprise graded engagements of large magnitude within time, budget.Demonstrated ability to translate real world business problems into end-to-end technology product solutions.Responsible for architecture assessments, cloud migration strategies and execution, legacy enterprise modernization and enablement across custom technologies and cloud migration opportunities.Proven skills & experience in solution design and architecture, cloud-based solution using different cloud service provider and cloud native services, including designing the cloud infrastructure, designing the cloud application architecture, and designing the cloud security architecture.Ensuring technical viability and successful deployments, while orchestrating key resources and infusing key Infrastructure technologies (e.g. Windows and Linux IaaS, Security, Networking, etc.), and Application Development and DevOps technologies (e.g. App Service, containers, serverless, cloud native, etc.) as appropriate.Familiarity with concepts of data and system security and compliance.Good exposure to different Containerization and Container OrchestrationHands on expertise on Application Modernization and Microservice Adoption.Understand the various work streams and the technologies necessary to deliver on large programs. Successfully architected, implemented and deployed multiple integration solutions on different platforms.Define the technology and architecture roadmap for the client.RequiredBachelor of Science degree and/or Masters in Software Engineering / Computer Science or an equivalent discipline.More than 20 years of extensive hands on technical experience in various technical streams. 12+ years of experience in system design, solution architecting and deployment.Experience architecting, designing, implementing, and operating large scale cloud and cloud native solutions.Proven expertise on various managed services provided by Azure, AWS, GCP.Deep technical knowledge on Enterprise Architecture Frameworks and Patterns.Superior documentation and communications skillsProven ability to lead & coach diverse teams of data modelers located globallyTechnology RequirementDeep understanding on various Architectural Styles & Patterns.Hands On knowledge of Greenfield and Brownfield in cloud computing, covering various aspects like, Cloud Architecture, Cloud Governance, Cloud Networking, Cloud Platform, Cloud Services, Cloud Storage, Cloud Security - provided by Azure/AWS/GCP.Must have working knowledge across various cloud platforms, at least Azure, AWS and GCP to understand the capabilities they offer to provide mature and optimum cloud solution.A Deep understanding of Cloud Native Technology and Application. Expertise in the Cloud Native (CNCF) landscape to build sustainable ecosystems for cloud is critical.Streaming technologies (Kafka, Spark) and containerized applications (Kubernetes, Docker, or similar).Domain Driven Design to catalog independent Microservices.Proven experience to build end to end Microservice ecosystem - transform from conceptualize to actual working ecosystem of core components, i.e. Edge server, Circuit breaker, Event bus, Security, Discovery, Call tracing, Centralized configuration, Log monitoring etc.Experience in distributed computing, streaming technologies (Kafka, Spark) and containerized applications (Kubernetes, Docker, or similar).Object Oriented Programing skills using .Net & various Microsoft Technologies, Java, Python.Essential SkillsStrong Leadership, organizational, and prioritization skillsExcellent written and verbal skills to communicate technical solutions to business teamsDemonstrated experience leading and influencing individuals and teams without formal organizational controlUnderstanding trends, new concepts, industry standards and new technologies in Data and Analytics space,
