We co-create and execute the future vision of 400 clients with the help of our 44,000 employees.Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities: Primary responsibility of this role is to support. functions of HR Operations including onboarding, offboarding, recruiting support, employee data maintenance, time and attendance, learning management, MIS reports, dealing employee queries, relocations, creating offer letters and severance letters, benefits, background checks, rewards & recognitions, etc Perform routine assigned tasks within defined SLAsRespond to employees queries with appropriate resolutionBasic knowledge of Joining Formalities, Onboarding & Documentation Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, personnel files, etc. Assist in hiring process - Sending External or Internal Offer letters to candidates Update HRIS for requested job changes, data changes, compensation changes, etc. Assist Recruiting Support activities Prepare and share MIS reports with onshore stakeholdersQualificationsQualifications and Personal Attributes: Prior experience in HR Shared Services or related roles is Preferred Familiarity with HRIS software (preferably SAP SF) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) Good communication skills Bachelors degree or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Overall Experience Required: 2-5 years,
