Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Manage engagement with stakeholders at 3000+ BFL branches to drive Insurance cross sell Align internal stakeholders Ops NH ZOM on business number delivery Ideate / strategies to build new business delivery bricks and revenue opportunity Engage with partners / Ops team and identify new product launch Manage relationship with multiple insurance partners and align partner sales team on achieving AOP numbers Monitor partner manpower hiring and jointly drive RM productivity Maintain LOB wise mix partner product mix and Issuance TAT Drive Branch / Cashier activation and productivity Drive and monitor cashier lead conversions branch walk-in conversions and SFDC data conversions Strengthen Inbound channel by driving conversions from various BFL digital properties Liaison with Data analytics team to design and execute data campaigns to improve conversions Continuously monitor to identify and streamline gaps to improve process efficiencies Design and execute R&R for the ops team 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Number delivery becomes challenging as AOP numbers not part of Ops team KRAs Partner not able to hire budgeted manpower 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) P&L Management with responsibility to achieve topline and bottomline Incentive Contest and R&R framework related pay-outs 6. DIMENSIONS (Key numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job) Financial Dimensions (FY 19) (These should be quantifiable numerical amounts) Delivery of AOP business numbers of INR 150 Cr P&L management achieve PBT of INR 40 Cr Maintain LOB wise mix LI:GI at 75:25 Drive Branch activation at 85% and productivity at 75K Monitor and drive persistency at 85% Other Dimensions (FY 19) (Significant volume dimensions associated with the job) Total Team Size: 2 Number of Direct Reports: 2 Number of Indirect Reports: 0 Number of Outsourced employees: 0 , * SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications MBA b) Work Experience 10-14 years of Insurance Industry experience preferably in Agency / DST channel.
