Installs and maintains instruments and systems in a laboratory environment. 2. Delivers basic operational training at installation. 3. Provide effective product and customer support. 4. Ensures Preventive Maintenance planning (PM) & Modification (MOD s) planning areperformed in timely manner. 5. Seeks timely support for difficult product issues avoiding unnecessary down time. 6. Performs timely reporting of his activities, Maintains excellent customer relationship,specifically, with his/her directly assigned accounts.7. Adheres to field service policies procedures and standards, Maintain recommended spareparts for his product range, ensures appropriate spare parts stock, Travelling within theterritory. Education: Diploma or Graduation- Electrical/Electronics/ Biomedical Engineering.2. Experience: Three-Eight years on any type of with Basic experience on In-Vitro Diagnostics Equipment (Hematology, Chemistry, or Immunoassay), Should have knowledge of Networking and Interface related issues.3. Computer Proficiency: MS -office, Teams, Networking,It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:1. Can independently handle 1 or more product group (example Immunoassay Analyzer, Hematology Analyzer or Chemistry Analyzer) with timely expert support.2. Able to identify application vs. service issues and collaborate3.
