    Senior Database DeveloperJob descriptionDear Aspirants,Greetings of the day.We have a opening for senior database developer for a big client at Pune.So interested candidates can apply here.Experience 6-8 yrsLocation: Pune or any candidate ready to relocate to PuneNP 15-30 daysPlease note: Need Database Developers not administrators.Senior Developer DBA:Must HaveContinuously identify opportunities to improve performance of production systems (o/s, IO, SQL Config, INDEX and SQL optimization)Expert in DB design schema design, definition, creation, etc. and programming stored procedures, functions, complex queries , SQL tuning, performance tuningUnderstand table indexing and query strategies, database objects maintenance and performance issues. Analyze problems as assigned and provide solutions to address business needsPartner with application architects to ensure developers are leveraging best features to ensure scalability and performance optimizationPartner with QA to ensure pre-release identification and rectification of performance bottlenecksPartner with developers to ensure architectural standards and designs are implemented and ensuring best-practice SQL coding techniques are utilized.Assist the Technology team in the transformation of the application to a more modern technology platform and design and possibly to Azure.Assist the Service Management Organization and Product teams in the analysis and reporting of aggregate Application data to provide insights into operational and business trends.Good in DBA related activities like performance tuning, upgrades, backups, partitioning etc.Should be able to interface with Product Manager, Scrum Manager, Dev Team, Test Lead and other stakeholders.Should have good analysis, design, estimation and problem solving skills.Should have handled database for large enterprise applications.Strong experience with thorough understanding of SQL server, database tuning and latest SQL server features.Expertise in analyzing and extending existing database applications of large scale.Expert in database design with concepts of normalization, performance optimization and improvement.Experience in leading the DB efforts for entire product.Prior experience in SQL server 2012 and above.Nice to haveAssist in establishing proactive DB level monitoring of ALL production systemsStrong experience with thorough understanding of OLAP, SSRS, SSIS.Experience/knowledge of SQL MI or Azure SQL Server
