Senior Engineer, Service Delivery (I7)What you ll achieve As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.You will:
• In-depth knowledge and 6+ years of experience in Dell EMC Data Protection product suites
• Knowledge desired on module backup such as Oracle, SQL, NDMP and VADP over Networker or Avamar , Power Protect, IDPA and DPA custom report config
• Performance Tuning, Cloning configuration, troubleshooting, Staging, Media Management, Disaster Recovery and new device provisioning in production.
• In Depth Knowledge on Avamar and/or Networker, IDPA, PPDM, CR. Modules like databases, VM backups, Data Domain, Tape Libraries. Solid knowledge on backup and restore skills.
