• Job Summary
• Position s focus will be Software development for Electrical Fusible & safety products part of Bussmann Division CPD group. Enrich & foster climate of innovation to drive growth & accelerate capability development.
• The scrum master hosts daily meetings(scrum ceremonies) to get hands-on updates on the project, address potential impediments and link up team activities with the product owner s wish list. They also hold demo sessions along with the Technical Product Owners (TPOs) to demonstrate the project progress to the stakeholders. These sessions are a platform to gain feedback which is important for the project team. The scrum master creates release plans that include deliverables and the release deadline. The scrum master also plans and estimates the highest value deliverables for the next release. A scrum master must also ensure the success and sustainability of the project by reflecting on process issues and taking appropriate actions.

• CPD has business worth 1bn USD+ and is focused on offering customers the right set of smart, connected components to form a complete solution to meet their application needs. This division now includes approximately 8,000 in 20 facilities in four countries, working in three integrated businesses: Power Components, Industrial Control and Bussmann
• Job Responsibilities
• Scrum master is responsible for supporting Technical Product Owners (TPOs) in the following aspects:
• Find methods to effectively manage the product backlog.
• Help communicate the owner s wish list to the project team.
• Arrange and optimize product backlog based on their technical priority as per software /firmware architecture.
• Organize scrum events/ceremonies as necessary.
• Driving Agile methodology and setting up best practices across the Bussmann Bussiness.
• Effectively deploy tools and processes.
• The scrum master is responsible for supporting the Project Manager in the following aspects:
• Ensure team reporting into appropriate tools has been made
• Conduct timely reporting and communications
• Timely Communicate technical and schedule risks and issues
Qualifications Requirement:
• Education level required
• Bachelor s in engineering
• MBA/ ME/ MTech or advanced engineering degree is a plus
• Years and area of experience required
• 5+ Years
• Technical knowledge
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a must.
• Prior experience in driving product development & technology innovation by understanding product requirements technically , which includes cloud /IOT solution for electrical products with hands on exposure to any of technologies ranging from latest technologies like Angular 4 /HTML5 / Mobile app / C# ASP.Net application development to Azure/AWS or
• Firmware development exposure will be plus
• 2+ years experience in engineering management or as a project manager is a plus.
• Excellent technical, written and verbal communication skills with strong internal presentation aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively and communicate clearly in team environment and independently.

• Willing and able to commit to work times for periodic communications between USA and Pune, even if for short periods.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and an innovative mind set.
