Job Description

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role in Pune for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing personnel, and handling employee benefits.Qualifications Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of HR experience, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability of contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives. The candidate should be well-versed in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfilment of positions. Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process. Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes. Conduct. performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees. Identify training needs within the organization and develop programs to address those needs.Requirements Bachelors degree in HR or related field; Masters degree preferred 2-3 years experience in HR. Strong knowledge of employment laws. Leadership and team management skills. Must be a individual with high confidence.CTC Expectation - 3.5 - 6.5 LPA,
