Job Description

This exciting role offers opportunity to:
    • Serve as HR business partner to the assigned business group to design, execute and implement HR programs and initiatives in line with business objectives in Eaton India Innovation Centre.
    • Drive HR functional excellence through deployment of Eaton programs, internal HR Scorecards, ensuring quality of process and content alignment with the Eaton Business system. Ensure HR Metrices, Functional Excellence Scorecards, Dashboards are maintained, and goals are met.
    • Support and execute comprehensive retention strategies, through progressive HR practices, tools and market analysis
    • Lead strategic and tactical human resources activities, implementations, projects, integration items, events and processes for businesses within the Eaton India Innovation Centre and will report to Manager - HR
    • Guide, mentor and coach Engineering leaders & managers regarding Eaton policies, practices, local laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Facilitate the implementation of HR Initiatives for the business basis employee sensing inputs, business needs, global & local HR Strategy.
    • Lead staffing efforts on lateral and campus hiring to support the EIIC growth plans to meet growing talent needs for the respective business.
    • Lead, coach and influence leaders to utilize effective change management tools
    • Create two-way communication between employees and management, through skip levels, Business group meeting, One on One etc. and take actions as necessary.
    • Partner with local and remote peers including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition team , Eaton University and HR Services team and work collaboratively to resolve any relevant issues.
    • Build and develop capability in the organization through proactive and robust performance management and succession plan. Drive talent reviews to enable talent decisions and ensure implementation of subsequent talent actions.
    • Employee Satisfaction Surveys: Encourage maximum participation, coach managers to analyze results, action planning, and implementation of action to drive inclusive and engaging culture for our employees.
    • Promotes positive employee relations and employee engagement through modelling highest standards of ethics and deal with employee concerns empathetically and sensitively.
    QualificationsRequirement:
    • Masters degree from an accredited institution in Human resources
    • 6-8 years of HR generalist experience
    • working in MNC/ Matrix organization required
    • 4+ years of HRBP experience preferred
    • Experience with Engineering and /or Software Industry will be an added advantage
    • Proficient in Microsoft office tools (eg Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders independently
    • Strong coaching and facilitation skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively navigate and influence sensitive situations
    • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Accountable and action-oriented; ability to drive change and business results
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills across all organization levels
