Job Description

Youll be an integral part of a global team working with associates located in India, and North Americas. We own ctb for the banking team dealing with products such as cash management, credit cards, etc., are a technology function fully dedicated to supporting the wealth management americas (wma) business and its it application service lines are a metrics driven organization governed by a set of mature kpis and processes, at least 5-10 years of proven experience in java and ui development must have hands on experience on key technologies like java, spring, web & ui technologies (e.g. html5, bootstrap, react js), build tools (e.g. maven / jenkins/ gitlab) experience with azure is added advantage. 3 + years experience in the financial services industry deep understanding of all aspects of application development and sdlc methodologies agile & waterfall strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you like to figure out how things work preferable have experience working on onshore-offshore model solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills must be able to work independently and get the work done with the help a small team must be able to work under pressure resolving production/qa issues must be able to deliver project requirements without any effort or schedule slippage strong written and verbal communication skills in english, and the desire to work together with our global stakeholders excellent research, investigation, and evaluation skills proactive, keeping stakeholders well informed of development effort status comfortable working in dynamic environments with fast-paced deliveries and changing requirements process oriented and have worked in an onshore-offshore model capable of working interdependently, collaborate, negotiate skilled at recognizing system deficiencies and implementing effective solutions experienced to drive and ensure code quality, ut and sit testing guidelines and procedures are met
