    Job DescriptionHiring for Indias leading Legal company for IPR litigation roleTo provide update of the various laws related to Intellectual property & others laws as and when requiredDrafting, vetting, preparation and finalization of IP related agreements all over IndiaDrafting, vetting, preparation and finalization of various Agreements pertaining to various corporate matters of the companyBriefing counsels pertaining to the matter in the Courts including High Courts, Registry and IPABDrafting, vetting, preparation and finalization of legal notices, reply of legal notices etc.Provide Legal updates and consultation in relation of the law applicable to the concerned person.
