This journey will require the very best engineering talent to get us there as its not just a technical change, its a cultural change as well.What you will bring (required skills and experience):Extensive AWS build experience, with wide PaaS capabilities knowledge.Experience with Infrastructure as code, esp. with terraform, ansible & cloud formation.Experience with containerisation (Docker & Kubernetes) & on-prem server concepts (VMWare).Advanced knowledge in Jenkins, GitHub, Linux (Good Grip over commands)Experience with hybrid cloud connectivity and concepts.Familiar with middleware products including but not limited to WebLogic, tomcat, MQ.Familiar with Shell scripting/groovy, SonarQube, CheckMarx, XLD/XLR (any equivalent release tools)Ability to take complex, multi-faceted ideas, objectives, or problems and work with them through to simple solutions recognising synergies and options.Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a variety of influencing styles to enable effective completion of tasks both individually and within groups. Builds sustainable relationships with colleagues and key individuals in the business and IT team from executive management through to technical levels.Shows a desire to take the initiative, moving issues forward with clarity.
