Throughout the industry there is mounting pressure on organizations to do more, requiring a clear technology strategy that not only addresses the demands of today, but also enables the growth and performance of tomorrow.What you will be doingThis position works with top investment banks, Brokers to design technical and functional solutions and implement products in the Post Trade domain, enable client changes, enable professional services solutions; provide presentations around solutions; support estimations, respond to RFIs and RFPs around the services provided, while working with sales.What you bring:Plan and manage application development and client delivery activities for an assigned application portfolio that may include small and simple software applications, moderately complex software applications or components of large and complex software applicationsExperience 4 to 8 yearsGeneral Duties & Responsibilities:Designs and develops software product applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software applications for internal use.Manages full software development lifecycle including testing, implementation, and auditing.Performs product design, bug verification and beta support which may require research and analysis.Resolves critical issues and contributes to the business unit/area development.Manages work efforts of managers/supervisors with responsibility for hiring, firing, performance appraisals and pay reviews.Identifies and allocates technical resources, e.g., programmers, business analysts to client projects within Development.
