Talent edge is one of the first Ed-tech organizations to be credited with an ISO: 9hidden_mobile certification.- Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for Talentedge: Information Center by attracting entrepreneurs in Education sector.- Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchise/ centers.- Screen potential franchisee by analyzing potential franchisee, ROI.- Assist in the development of Channel Partner Business Plans- Ensure the business performance and revenue targets of all the channel partners is achieved- Work as point of contact between the Center/franchise and Talentedge to ensure that any issues/concerns are aptly and timely addressed.- Ensure Talentedge suggested systems/ processes are deployed & practiced in the Center.- Develop sales and marketing tools, work out on sales promotional activities to support the centers.- Conduct training program for the center staff.Skills Required:- Should possess thorough knowledge and experience Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy, Analytical Mindset- Should have great Interpersonal Skills, Good Communication with a pleasing personality.- Must be a Go Getter, Result Oriented and be able to achieve revenue targets.- More than 7 years of experience in franchise development and management.- Should possess multi-tasking, team management and leadership skills.,
