Job Description

    DesignationWe are hiring for Senior Manager role for industrial refrigeration company.Role Description
    • Overseeing the team of Sales, Project & Design professionals
    • Responsible to achieve order booking, Sales and recovery target
    • Coordinating among supporting teams of purchase, stores, accounts, QC, manufacturing, etc
    • Interfacing with customers, end user, site staff, consultants, OEMs, etc
    • Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure its satisfactory execution
    • Anchoring installation & commissioning of machines & equipment and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time with effective resource utilization to maximize the output
    • Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment & machinery
    • Evaluating contracting works & administering contract agreement between employer and contractor; ensuring adherence to all Statutory compliance & SLAs
    • This is a Full-time Senior Manager role in Mumbai or Pune or Chennai. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time, managing and leading a team of employees, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the effective running of the companys operations.
    Qualifications
    • At least 8-10 years of experience in industrial refrigeration
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team successfully.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make quick decisions and respond to changing circumstances.
    • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
