Define and deploy unique Learning Experience (Skills needs assessment, solutions, content, certifications & programs), to 3DS employees, partners, academics, customers & individuals to develop and empower the workforce of the future. Your Key Success Factors:
    • Master s degree in Learning & Development, HR or a related discipline.
    • 12+ years experience in the areas of management and leadership development, organization development, learning and development, group facilitation, training and training design; or equivalent business experience.
    • Leading a team in a multi country environment.
    • Experience with interventions with real and digital world.
    • Experience in influencing and coaching senior leaders/stakeholders.
    • Strong instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies; experience with global design.
    • Program management skills, including managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.
    • Has worked in technological environment
    • Pedagogy and/or instructional experience
    • Has worked in a multi-cultural and international environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
      • Has worked with learning communities
    • Excellent verbal, written interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence peers and leaders.
