    Position Summary with Job ResponsibilitiesPosition Name: Senior Manager Driveline Integration Location (City/Region): Pune BU: BU Engineering (CV) Function: Vehicle System Engineering Hiring Manager Name/Function/location: Anil Sinha Head VSE Role Reports to(Designation - Role of reporting manager): DGM Driveline Integration BHR: Archana Saraf Band & Level: L5 (5.3 / 5.2) Brief Role Description(one line description including travel if any): Design & development of Steering system for CV platform Vehicles.EducationWork ExperienceJob roles & responsibilities: 1.Concept design finalization of Steering system for all new projects in CV 2.Packaging of Steering aggregates in vehicle layout 3.Release of Steering aggregates in PLM 4.Digital validation of Steering system components 5.Co-ordination with all testing team ( IDT/ ODT/ Supplier) 6.Interaction with suppliers & co-ordinate for part development & validation 7.Delivering VAVE projects & resolving IPTV issue. 8.Co-ordination with Plant CFT team for resolving Manufacturing & Assembly issuesEssential & Desirable Education/Qualifications/ Work experience/technical skills i.e. what are the must haves for this role Education, Skills & Experience Education: B Tech /M Tech in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering. Years of Experience: 4 to 8 years Skill Sets: Technical 1.Advanced Skill level required in Pro E software for 3D part modelling, assembly & drafting of 2D drawing. 2.Strong Knowledge in PLM design release process. 3.Strong Knowledge in theoretical calculation for i) Steering effort prediction, ii)Linkage buckling strength calculation, iii)Turning circle dia & Ackerman error calculation. 4.Strong knowledge in New product development process - From concept design to commercialization stage. 5.Hands on experience in using various problem solving tools.
