Rockwell MES / SAP and other application. This role will cover all organisation facing processes related Manufacturing and Supply Chain. This function manages the key systems that run the TML Business and all key transformational programs which are embedded in the same. TML has a large manufacturing set up across the country, TML is on an ambitious program to digitise the manufacturing process using the latest IoT technologies. This role will support the design, development and roll out of industry 4.0 solutions across TML. This position will be actively involved in planning, architecting, defining and pricing complex Manufacturing Application Solutions while considering the full lifecycle of transformation programmes, from strategy to execution / implementation. This role will support the senior architect in connecting roadmap with the overall TML IT roadmap and own the successful rollout of the strategy. Candidate to have an understanding of Manufacturing solutions and current trends in technology enablement as well as integration with other applications while ensuring the proposed / developed solutions operate on Data Centre and cloud infra architecture. This role is that of a Technical Specialist who has a vision for manufacturing Application solutions and a understanding of how business enabled IT solutions work for transformational programmes. Job Specifications Minimum education qualification Master s degree in Engineering / Bachelor s degree in Engineering Minimum experience requirement 6+ Years Working knowledge requirement Total of at least 4 years experience in manufacturing domain Must have MES experience (Rockwell FTPC is a plus) Must understand at least one MES product (or custom application) to the extent of being able to design and model Must understand PLC or Automation technology Must have experience working on MES projects as Project Lead or preferably as Solution Architect or Technical Architect or Functional Consultant Must understand the concepts of data collection from machines Awareness on IIoT and Industry 4.0 Understanding of integration with SAP Tata Motors Leadership CompetenciesCustomer Centricity - Anticipating, understanding and focusing efforts on meeting the customer (stakeholders) needs or expectationsDeveloping Self and Others - Recognizing continuous development is essential for success and taking steps to develop self and helping others to excelDriving Execution - Translating strategy into action and executionLeading by Example - Encouraging and following ethical standardsLeading Change - Recognizing the need for change, initiating and adapting to changeMotivating Self and Others - Inspiring teams and individualsFunctional CompetenciesTags,
