Job Description

We are now looking for a Networking Products Security Architect.NVIDIA is looking for an outstanding technical security architect with HSM or Networking focus to design, validate, and guide implementation of secure service code for its core products. The candidate is expected to: define problems & deliver highly innovative solutions that lead to significant differentiation in the industry, translate customer needs into architectural, technical & strategic direction, and help to resolve objectives & long-range goals of the Security organization. Leaders in this role will help reduce risk, threats, and vulnerabilities in NVIDIA s confidential computing, machine learning, graphics, compute, and associated cloud and container deployed services.What you ll be doing

  • Work with technical and senior leadership staff to turn business directives into functional implementations.
  • Collaborate between multiple business units and development groups to ensure robust, secure service posture from design to implementation in multiple products and online services.
  • Build teams to scale the security posture of NVIDIA products, platforms, and services.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the engineering organization through mentoring, developing and delivering training materials, and producing frameworks.
  • Be an end technical resource across multiple security domains for the company
  • Provide hands-on security engineering expertise across a wide variety of platforms.
  • Provide strategic and tactical expertise in orchestrating, securing, deploying solutions; and in defining relative architectures.
This role extends across multiple groups and excellent working knowledge in the following areas of expertise is necessary for success:
  • Design of Network Security Architecture that scales
  • Embedded System Architecture and Design
  • Security around interconnects and protocols (i.e. Infiniband, etc.)
  • Secure Firmware update and design
  • Network Hardware Offload Engine design and architecture
What we need to see:
  • BS / MS or equivalent work experience.
  • 12 years total experience in the security industry
  • Working knowledge with online service infrastructure, applications, and UNIX-based operating systems.
  • Familiarity and proven experience with:
  • System on Chip (SOC) level design or architecture
  • Online service security, threat models, and mitigation techniques
  • Cryptographic system design and implementation including Root of Trust
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Application development skills: C, C, Java, Python.
  • MS, or Ph.D. in CS, EE (related technical field) or equivalent preferred.
  • OSCP, OSCE, or OSEE strongly preferred.
