  • Project Role Description :Support the central operations of the Outsourcing Account Delivery team in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet both the goals of these teams and clients served.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : -Perform daily operational tasks submitted by customer through ticket system Incident and Service Requests -Prepare network or infrastructure Visio topology diagrams,write SOP,maintenance plans and provide status reports other operational, maintenance tasks -Troubleshoot network problems,network device configurations coordinate with other teams various department administrators to facilitate connectivity issue resolution -RFC creation,review and approval -Change Planning and Implementations
      • Technical Experience : -6-8 experience in Data Networking Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting the Data Center Network Equipment Cisco Nexus 9K, 7K/5K -Good Expertise in Layer 2 and Layer -Domains VLAN, VTP, VPC, OSPF, BGP, MPBGP-EVPN -Good hands on Exposure to Cisco ACI APIC versions 4x, Multi-Pod and Multi-Site Network Implementation, Cisco Hyperflex solutions, Remote Leafs -Good understanding on Over-lay technologies Configuration and Troubleshooting - SDN, SD_WAN, VXLAN
      • Professional Attributes : Good Communication Skills Previous experience working with cross geography teams Ability to work under pressure
      • Educational Qualification : BE/B TECH Preferably
    • Additional Information : Ready to work in Shifts
