Job Description

Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the world s most challenging problems If so, lets talk.Your Role and Responsibilities Within our zSecure development team we have a vacancy for an experienced JavaScript front-end developer, with preferably also some back-end development experience, who also is proficient with React.js. As developer your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team the activities on different layers of the infrastructure and help with the development of these activities. We are looking for a developer with a strong commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design. As developer you have a drive to constantly improve the quality of the product and you are not easily satisfied with the result.As the core zSecure team is located in the Netherlands, you will be working from a remote location and you have to keep in mind that there is a time zone difference between India and Europe and this requires some flexibility to adept to this time zone difference. Responsibilities
    • Developing new user-facing features using React.js
    • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
    • Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
    • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • 4 years of experience in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
    • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
    • Experience with popular React.js workflows ( Redux)
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
    • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
    • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
    • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc.
    • Knowledge of testing tool like Playwright
    • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
    • A knack for benchmarking and optimization
    • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as GIT
    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    • You have some knowledge of IBM z systems, or you are actively interested to learn about these systems
    • You have a visual basic programming experience
