Do you want to design and build next generation business applications using the latest technologies Are you confident at iteratively refining user requirements and removing any ambiguity Do you like to be challenged and encouraged to learn and grow professionally We re looking for Developers who will also be playing scrum master role to: as a scrum master training and guiding the team to complete high-quality increments that meet the definition of done facilitating agile events protecting the team from interruptions causing the removal of any impediments so that the team can deliver more effectively over time motivating people on the agile mindset, embedding practices to improve flow and ways of working in addition to work with SaaS vendors/in-house solutions on implementations/integrations/upgrade releases provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services analyse business requirements for HR system solutions design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of Software Development life cycle work in an agile way as part of multi-disciplinary teams, participate and run agile ceremonies, and collaborate with engineers, product owners, designers, and others understand, represent, and advocate for client needs share knowledge and expertise with colleagues , help with hiring. collaborate and contribute to each others successYour teamYou ll be working in the Grow Crew, CDIO HR team in Pune, India. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients., proven scrum master experience in the past strong skills in Agile / Scrum methodologies experience in cloud (e.g.MS Azure) & API development ability to communicate in English at all levels of the organisation university degree or equivalent work experience with preferably a focus in HR applications/solutionsSpecific technical skills agile/Scrum Methodologies, Java 8+/Spring Boot, API Development experience in MS Azure, JIRA, SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Visio, Modern programming languages, SQL and noSQL databases , Cloud (e.g., Azure), Microservices, DevOps, CloudOps, Automation, CI/CD Pipeline desirable Rust, Python,Azure API manager, Swagger, RESTful,Azure Data Factory, Messaging, Kafka,Postgres SQL, Redis, Elasticache requirements analysis and documentation functional and Technical Design sql and Non-SQL databases continuous Integration (for example: GitHub, GitLab, TeamCity, Nexus, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Fortify, Terraform, Ansible) apis (REST, SOAP) and API managers unix Fundamentals understanding of full stack (backend, frontend, network, OS, middleware, etc) on premise, SaaS and Cloud solutions
