Job Description

  • We are looking for a Python Developer who will be responsible for writing effective, efficient, and scalable code. You will be responsible for integrating python components to interact with other technology-based components. You will also be responsible for writing automation scripts to remove the overhead of manual tasks.
What are we looking for in terms of hard skills:
  • Around 4 years of overall software development experience with a python programming language.
  • Experience in different python modules.
  • Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in the development and execution of automation frameworks/ integration of scripts to automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with web scraping & understanding of JSON, XML files.
  • Expertise with DB systems
  • Strong unit test and debugging skills.
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate in Computer Science or equivalent
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with NoSQL or other databases.
  • Strong experience working in a Linux environment with a good understanding of the operating system
  • OS Security domain knowledge
  • Experience with Messaging middle-ware (Kafka/Rest API)
