We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Job TitleSoftware Engineer Test IIOverviewCustomer Data Management is a team of high performing, co-located individuals representing different functional roles with all the necessary skills to create enterprise capabilities for Customer Data.Responsible for the analysis, testing and quality assurance of software solutionsRoleWorks closely with software engineers to build quality by ensuring proper test and code coverage, configuration quality, monitoring, early performance testingDevelops and implements QA standards, processes, tools and methodologies; partners with other functions to establish testing requirementsDocuments performance test strategies and test plans; translates complex system requirements and specs into test requirements and testing methods;Participates in requirements review and performance testing activities; monitors resolutions and retains documentation;Identifies and implements complex automation efforts; replicates and resolves production issues for single applicationDefines and implements best practices for end-to-end application performance management solutions; focuses on emerging technologiesAssists in vendor assessment and evaluates and recommends software development toolsMay manage medium-sized project/initiatives as an individual contributor with advanced knowledge within discipline, leading a segment of several initiatives or a larger initiative and assigns day-to-day work;Translates complex system requirements and specs into test requirements and testing methodsActs as first-review for project-level reviews, walkthroughs and inspectionsDirects evaluation of manual testing tools for automation opportunitiesAll About YouExperience of writing test automation for Rest/SOAP APIs using Rest Assured or Spring Rest Template with BBD based framework like cucumber, JBehave.Experience of writing test automation for UI based application using Selenium/ Protractor.Experience of testing microservices based applicationExperience in implementing CI/CD build pipelines with tools like Git/BitBucket, Jenkins and MavenExperience with software development frameworks such as Scrum, SAFeExperience of testing services build on cloud platform such as PCFSound knowledge of Java, Spring, Junit, Rest Assured, Jbehave/Cucumber frameworks, Databases, APIs (REST/SOAP)Sound knowledge of Design Principles and PatternsCOVID-19 ConsiderationsIn many locations, weve implemented a virtual hiring process and continue to interview candidates by video or phone.
