Your essential responsibilities include:
• Architects, designs, and leads flawless technical solutions for business processes to meet Eaton s functions and business sectors requirements globally.
• Demonstrates leadership in technical design with ability to identify multiple alternatives to develop and then assist in the best possible approach considering the requirement.
• Enhance and scale foundational automation capabilities to more intelligent automation solutions.
• Plays primary role as part of Intelligent Automation Program Team for defining the technology roadmap and its implementation by deploying capability projects aligning to Eaton s functional productivity goals.
• Collaborate with the enterprise architects, process exploration team, BRMs to convert opportunity into efficient solutions in adherence to overall enterprise guidelines.
• Enhance and mature Intelligent Automation Playbook along with the capability deployments
• Adherence to the process standards during the project design, development, and deployment phases to meet the program goals within timeline, quality, and budget.
• Follows industry trends / tools, evaluates, and recommends alternatives to decision makers to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Primarily provides direction to the team. Acts as a coach or mentor, based on personal experience and expertise in the area.
Qualifications
• Bachelor in Engineering/ B.E/B. Tech and/or required equivalent MCA.
• Overall 10+ years experience with proven track record of 5+ years in technical analysis and Solution architect in automation space primarily focused on intelligent automation.
• Must have prior experience in AI/ ML, process mining, Intelligent Data Capture and Cloud platforms. Added advantage for Business Process Management.
• Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills
• Deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts. Certifications like TOGAF will be have added advantage
• Previous experience in VB Script/DoT Net/Java will be a benefit.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience. This position will often directly work with senior leaders within Business and IT.
• Should develop relationships with professional organizations, user groups, and industry trade groups to stay current with technology.
