Job Description

Toll Technology Centre, Pune (India) is hiring a dynamic and creative Solution Developer (RPA Developer) responsible for creation, design, development, and implementation of RPA systems. The role will be designing, developing and implementing automation solutions in an agile development environment by participating in all phases of the project lifecycle. A strong focus of the role is to investigate, analyze, and set up automated processes to maximize efficiency for a business model.The role will also be required to support and maintain robots once in production including problem analysis and root cause investigation.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DECISIONS

  • Responsible for modelling and developing out robotic processes during the project development stage, actively drive innovation and change across the solution development team to improve business performance, and assist the Scrum Master in reporting on the progress against schedule and budget.
  • Assess and communicate risk in relation to solution delivery, follow the transition process for build into support from the CoE. Works with the wider development team to develop and define application scope and objectives and prepare functional and/or technical specifications
  • End-to-end development of robotic process automation solutions using existing technologies (Ui Path) or others as required. Develops and performs system testing and fixes defects identified during testing and re-executes unit tests to validate results. Anticipates opportunities for improvement and identifies alternate solutions
  • Employ software development best practices such as automated testing, peer code reviews, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, and other developers to deliver new features and enhancements, contribute to the standards of Intelligent Automation across Toll, and ensure appropriate governance and compliance in relation to software development activities
  • Maintain solution documentation as appropriate. Follow the appropriate release management processes across the Toll IT Enterprise. Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices. Working with key management level stakeholders from across the business to identify potential automation opportunities.
  • Managing the deployment of robotic solutions in conjunction with automation business unit sponsor, regularly review of the performance of automation solutions developed, and consider any opportunities for continuous improvement, and develop scalable and efficient process automation and reusable components that can be leveraged across different lines of businesses.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Must be a minimum graduate with, Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in RPA (UI Path / Automation Anywhere), application software development, demonstrated successful experience in contributing to an automation software development team in a similar sized organisation.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in engaging with key business stakeholders to ensure automation requirements are being met.
  • Experience in working within agile environment. Experience architecting and developing workflow based solutions or functionality.
  • Experience with web development technologies preferential
  • Experience with RPA Software (e.g.UI Path, Automation Anywhere)
  • Stakeholder management with multitasking. Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
