We use it to create highly efficient and simple processes with the aim of making the corrugated cardboard industry the most innovative and productive industry segment worldwide.If you also want to face the challenges of a professional organization, support us at the Pune location.Duties and responsibilitiesGenerate quotations, process sales orders for customers in the African market and others Ensure timely delivery of goods to customer from the warehouse Handling of logistics issues, import/export Maintain good customer relationship Sales report and forecast from customers in assigned territory Ensure a high utilization rate for customers in the online shop platform Follow-up and report on the status of work orders to the customer To be actively involved in LC business regards to Spare Parts contract, and customer warehouse at the same time providing feedback from customers to the AP management team. Willing to undertake other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to timeRequirements:1-2 years above sales support role for heavy-duty machines in a multi-national company Knowledgeable and experienced in customer service Adequate knowledge of SAP Be able to work under pressure, be committed, dedicated, and conscientious Dynamic, proactive, and Customer oriented. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Good English is spoken and written in order to handle customers in the Asia Pacific Mandarin or any third language will be considered advantageous.
