Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Create and deliver management dashboards and canned reports to support routine management oversight of business processes to ensure critical insight into exceptions and deliverables. Create and deliver routine and ad hoc reporting needed to understand various aspects of processes and the portfolio performance and staffing needs. Administration Support maintenance and/or build of Access Databases to support operational needs Miscellaneous projects or tasks * Major Challenges - Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to communicate with business users and management of all levels for development and delivery of reporting requirements. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail. Proficient knowledge of personal computers using Microsoft Access Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Visio with advanced skills required in Excel and Access. Experience with other Microsoft languages and technologies such as SharePoint. Demonstrated experience with SQL Server Databases and SQL Server Reporting Services preferred. * Key Decisions / Dimensions - Handhold on Cisco and related contact Center Technologoes. , * Bachelor s degree (or equivalent), preferably in computer science, mathematics, business management, or economics Deep experience in Cisco and Related Contact Center Technologies. Ability to present findings in a polished way Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics (using SPSS, SAS, Excel) Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business planning
