Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the architecture, design, deployment and integration of IAM & PAM solutions (Centrify, Ping, SailPoint, HYPR/Axiad)
  • Work on system integrations/migrations with Centrify
  • Unix Command Line Proficiency ability to ssh, ftp, run filesystem commands, search logs (grep, awk, sort, uniq, cut), use shell scripts to automate common tasks, etc.
  • Lead system integrations for both internal facing and external facing systems/applications with SailPoint/Ping/Centrify
  • Basic LDAP Knowledge ability to connect to an ldap server, navigate via command line tools (ldapsearch), write LDIF s, use ldapmodify
  • PKI knowledge ability to create CSRs, edit truststores/keystores, troubleshoot certificate problems using openssl/curl, understand the difference between public and private keys, signing and encrypting, etc.
  • Web troubleshooting Deep understanding of web protocols and architectures, cookies, experience diagnosing problems with tools like telnet, curl, Wireshark, Chrome developer tools, Fiddler, etc
  • Splunk Ability to query Splunk, create ad-hoc alerts, build dashboards and reports. Communicate security risks with business partners and tech teams to ensure systems are configured to leverage the PAM solution for access and account/key rotation
  • Provide IAM / PAM design changes and enhancements for improvements in security, availability, and automation
  • Work with app/system/network/security administrators, and others to ensure secure design, development, and implementation of solutions for the privileged access management application
  • Develop training materials for privileged access systems and general security awareness and deliver privileged access system training to the IT teams
  • Create and support security policies, standards, and processes related to Privileged Access Management based on Fiserv business goals.
  • Collaborates and communicates with Application Teams, IAM compliance for PCI, SOX, GDPR, Security Architecture, IT Risk & Governance Management and other internal departments.
  • Work with Project Management Office to design and deliver enterprise solutions; on-time, on budget
  • Drive global standardization efforts across the firm.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Works under general direction from Manager of IAM.
