Job Description

    • Should have a good understanding or developing an understanding of:
    • All aspects of Audio Visual Service best practice
    • Data/LCD & HD projection, sound, integrated control systems and video conferencing, telephone conferencing equipment and presentation software.
    • Experience on ISDN, VoIP codec H323, G700 etc. /SIP and other telecommunications networks and equipment
    • Excellent technical knowledge of teleconferencing, presentation, and other AV hardware
    • Comprehensive hands-on AV equipment troubleshooting experience
    • Extensive equipment support experience ideally with Cisco / Polycom VMR /MCU equipment
    • Experience on Lync Online
    • Experience with Lync 2010/2013 with full Voice and Video integration/Testing
    • Advanced knowledge and hands on experience with Avaya Media Server Platforms including Multi-Carrier Cabinets G-Series Gateways, S-Series Gateways, LSP and ESS systems.
    • Advanced knowledge and hands on experience experience with Avaya Communications Manager Software, including CMS Reporting (admin and design),
