      • Key Responsibilities : a Lead and manage a team of developers in a high performing team delivering custom development work b Responsible for breaking down delivery into sub-tasks, assigning them to self and team members and tracking these to closure c Coordinate and collaborate with client teams partnering on all phases of SDLC requirements, functional designs, architecture, DevOps business d Create architecture and design phase deliverables e Create status reports showing build progress and defect fix statuses
      • Technical Experience : a 8 years of proven work experience on Java/ Java Enterprise Edition and associated frameworks or APIs Java 8 or 8 experience must with strong knowledge of Lambda expressions, functional programming Streams b 5 years of experience on Spring Framework and Spring Boot covering i Understanding of InitializingBean DisposableBean ii App Contexts, Auto Wiring iii Consumption of RESTful services iv Actuators c 4 years of experience working on Application Architectures Experience or understanding Dev
      • Professional Attributes : a Ability to lead meetings involving client stakeholders, internal teams and vendors b Candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, written and spoken communication skills c Candidate should also demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of full time education
