Job Description

    *
    • Candidate will be a part of PCB Design Team in Embedded Center of Excellence (ECoE) Group and will be responsible for Schematic Entry and PCB Design and associated PCB Manufacturing deliverables.
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Understand Project / Work Scope, deliver quality output / deliverables to meet the expected schedule and timeline
    • Understanding Requirements from Requirement Specification Document and convert those into design.
    • PCB Designing and related Activities
    • Ensuring quality of release of Gerbers, Bill of Material and drawings.
    • Generate and maintain PCB specifications
    • Ensure PCBs are Designed for Manufacturability and Testing
    • Support PCB Engineer on Technical queries regarding PCB Designing Tool
    • Contribute to EIC-Pune assigned Initiatives
    , * Qualification & Experience:
    • Bachelor of Engineering Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation or relevant discipline.
    • 7+ years of experience in PCB Designing, library development, Schematic
    • Prior Working Experience in High Speed Multi-Layer Board design and Power Electronics Board development is preferred
    • Preferred Certified on Certified Interconnect Designer (C. I. D) from IPC
    Skill & Competencies:
    • Expert in PCB Designing Tool preferably Altium Designer or Allegro.
    • Should individually handle PCB Layout from Component placement to Gerber files
    • PCB Footprint creation and validation as per IPC Standards
    • Knowledge of Electronic Components, Component Placement.
    • PCB Footprint creation and validation as per IPC Standards
    • Good understanding of PCB Manufacturing processes, technology and Surface Mount assembly process.
    • Good understanding of PCB design and practices to follow for compliance standards like UL, CSA, cUL.
    • Hands on Experience in Flex PCB Designing
    • Good verbal & written Communication skills
    • Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision.
    • Undertakes work in an efficient and timely manner.
