    Job DescriptionWe are rapidly growing our team and are seeking a multi-talented Admin cum HR person (preferable male) to oversee all aspects of mainly office administration and basics of human resources practices. The role will report directly to the management, work closely with other Directors, Senior Members of the organization.Job Profile: Admin cum HR Manager/ Sr. ExecutiveLocation: Baner, PuneJob Description Office Administrationo Taking care of office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly. This includes facilities management, fixed asset control & inventory, office cleaning & inspection.o Assign daily tasks & supervise office boys in their activities.o Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.o Assist on IT support.o Assist colleagues whenever necessary.o To ensure general office maintenance like, housekeeping, hygiene, electrical and mechanical, sanitary and plumbing, space management, minor repairso Keeping details of. all petty cash expenses with proper approvals from the concerned authorities & forwarding details of all expenses to the Accounts team on regular basis.o Ensure vendor invoices are checked on all parameters at the time of receipt.o Assisting New Joiners with welcome kit, desk allocation, and documentation.o Responsible for scheduling staff meetings, conferences, board meetings and other official activities.o Organizing team building activities along with monthly birthday/ work anniversary celebrations.o Owing to the diverse and dynamic nature of this role, be available and ready to support teams.Recruitment:o Assist in the recruitment processo Liaise with recruitment agencieso Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence Induction & On-Boardingo Completion of joining formalitieso Introduction to company profile and staffo Explaining to them the leave structure, company policies and other facilities Employee Exit Formalityo Full and Final Settlemento Issuing relieving and experience letter Database & Attendance Managemento Maintaining database of employeeso Keeping records of monthly/ half yearly/ annual reviewso Maintaining attendance recordso Provide salary inputs to payroll team for payroll processing.RequirementsDesired Candidate Profileo Any graduate with minimum 3-5 years experience in HR cum Admin roleo Highly organized with an ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks simultaneously while working independently.o English fluency.
