You should also have an eye for great design and a knack for pushing projects from conception all the way to customers.In this role, you will design and develop data protection solutions using the latest technologies. You will own product quality and overall customer experience.You will also propose technical solutions to product/service problems while refining, designing and implementing software components in line with technical requirements.You will productively work in a highly collaborative agile team, coach junior team members, actively participate in knowledge sharing all while communicating across teams in a multinational environment.Qualification and SkillsBE or Masters with major in Computer Science or related field with 5 to 7 years experience with software design and developmentExpertise in application development on Windows using C#/.Net and C++Experience working with Cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/Google Cloud is a plusExperience in Unit Test, Dev Test, and Automated functional / non-functional test for SaaS Application on Azure/AWSExperience in working on Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Office 365, and other SaaS applications like Salesforce, G-suite, etc.Full understanding of file systems, storage and cloud technologies, emerging standards and engineering best practicesSkills in scripting languages such as PythonProficient in API fundamentals and best practicesKnowledge of databases and SQLStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenExcellent troubleshooting skills to root cause complex issues requiredPassion for finding bottlenecks and thresholds in existing code through the use of automation toolsDemonstrated skill in using coding standards and being an active participant in code reviewsAbility to self-manage time, priorities and exhibit a comfort/mastery of juggling multiple tasksResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain high quality softwareParticipate in design discussions, build prototypes and contribute to delivering high-quality products/featuresAnticipate problems and future technical needs and takes necessary corrective steps to ensure they are addressedMentor junior members or act as a team leadWork with customer support to resolve customer issuesDevelop and maintain unit tests/automationCollaborate across geographies and teams,
