Gender : Male/Female Industry : IT Previous Work Experience :4 to 10 years1. Minimum 4 + years of Industry Experience 2. Proficient in Administration of customer engineering/dev, and IT infrastructure 3. Provisioning and preparing of hardware and software for deployments in client s dev environment, IT test lab, and customer environments 4. Build automation in the imaging, preparation, and deployment of OS, Nvidia component, and client s software components 5. Build automation and custom monitoring reports to assess the health of client s / customer on-premises processing 6. Create security and hardening configs at the OS (Ubuntu), middleware (nginx), and database (MySQL/MariaDB) layers 7. Assist in provisioning of client s cloud components in Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure Cloud, and AWS 8. Provide level 2 support for client s / Partner s 1st level support techs 9. Assist with deployment planning, coordination, on boarding, and on-going support for customer deploymentsCritical Skills (Minimum 3-5 years):1. Hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu) command set 2. Linux (Ubuntu) troubleshooting skills (logs, dumps, etc) 3. Hands-on experience in implementing Linux authentication and hardening 4. Shell/bash scripting and automation technologies 5. Coding (python) a plus 6. Network troubleshooting skills OS + upstream device familiarity 7. Azure/GCP/AWS cloud management skills 8. Experience with managing remote monitoring systems (PRTG, Site24x7, Nagios, Zabbix, etc)Must Display:1. Security-driven mindset 2. Ability to monitor several monitoring streams simultaneously 3. Experience with remote access 4. Experience with using a ticketing system Non Technical: (Being looked critically by client)1.
